Institutional e-mail and e-class
These two services are the A and Z of your daily information and, in general, of your contact with the University. Through them, you are informed of any changes in the course program as well as other noteworthy activities, you can register to the courses and gain access to their materials (via E-Class) and interact with your professors and fellow students when this is not possible in person. Make it a daily habit to check them both!
Student Record Service (e-studies)
Through the student record service, you can monitor your academic progress (course grade, average, etc.) as well as submit electronic requests for documents (e.g. detailed score). You can also register for the current semester, don’t neglect it!
Forgot my password
This application allows you to register an external email, which in case you forget your password for the hua services you can use to directly recover your password.

Online HelpDesk
In order to improve the level of technical support and service, we use the helpdesk platform. You can submit your request in the form of a support ticket.
To submit a new report, you must log in with your institutional account (@hua.gr). Only when this is not possible (i.e. when you are experiencing a problem connecting to your account), you can create a new report without requiring login.
Microsoft 365
The Identity and Authorization Infrastructure (AAI) of DELOS Federation allows you to access high-value applications for the entire academic and research community, such as Office 365. of Microsoft.
Github@hua
Github offers students free access to various tools for software development such as TLD+SSL, Cloud hosting, Github Premium, error tracking service, Unreal Engine, etc.
Google Workspace
Members of the academic community of Harokopio University have free access to Google education services.
…which include, among other things, an e-mail account of the form username@hua.gr with unlimited space, unlimited storage space in Google Drive with the same account username@hua.gr as well as a multitude of other applications such as Google classroom, Google docs, etc.
Video lectures and online meetings with Big Blue Button
This software is open source/free access and has been installed at Harokopio University for pilot usage. Those who wish to use this software on a pilot basis and help in its full installation and support at our University, are requested to contact the University NOC (Network and Operations Center) so that they can be given access to the system.
